Yudie grew up in the Habonim Youth Movement and today is the Chair of the Habonim Dror Foundation.  He is a member of the J Street Western Region Finance Committee, and is active in local Jewish Community and Democratic Party organizations.  He is owner of a manufacturing business that makes specialized equipment for aircraft.
