Joel Winograd has been active in supporting Labor Zionism for well over 50 years. His path includes being both a camper and staff at Habonim Camp Tavor. Joel has served as Board Chair of Camp Tavor and the Habonim Dror Camp Association. Currently, Joel is chair of the board of Habonim Dror North America.
