Emily Kaiman
Emily Kaiman is a passionate Jewish leader and progressive Zionist dedicated to fostering meaningful engagement with Israel and the Jewish community. As Deputy Director of Jewish Communal Engagement at J Street, she works to elevate clergy leadership and expand Jewish education around liberal Zionism. Rooted in a deep love for Israel, she has lived, studied, and led immersive experiences there, shaping her commitment to a just, democratic, and peaceful future for Israelis and Palestinians. Emily’s leadership spans Hillel, Pardes, Ramah Darom, and Honeymoon Israel, where she has empowered Jewish communities through innovation and connection. Based in Atlanta, GA, she and her husband, Rabbi Ari Kaiman, share their love of Jewish life and Israel with their four children.
